For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing the 555bmw platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 555bmw Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 555bmw platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 555bmw platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 555bmw platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by action of 555bmw.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 555bmw platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555bmw account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 555bmw will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You agree to notify 555bmw immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 555bmw shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

5.1 Deposits. 555bmw accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment channels listed on the platform at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your 555bmw account.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within the same business day.
• 555bmw reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on the 555bmw platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 555bmw is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5.4 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a 555bmw deposit is a material breach of these Terms. 555bmw reserves the right to suspend your account, forfeit your balance, and pursue recovery of any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback.

555bmw offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to Philippine holidays and major sports seasons such as the PBA Governors' Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be claimed by Players who have been excluded or suspended.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until Wagering Requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• 555bmw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and subject to active Wagering Requirements will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other methods — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in account suspension.

7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the 555bmw platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, sports betting, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 555bmw publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for its slot games.

7.2 Bets and Wagers. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 555bmw system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. 555bmw reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.

7.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on 555bmw cover Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other events. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 555bmw reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or apply maximum payout limits on any event.

7.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 555bmw will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, 555bmw may void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. 555bmw is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555bmw platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by 555bmw.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the 555bmw platform or the experience of other Players.

All content on the 555bmw platform — including but not limited to the 555bmw name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 555bmw or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555bmw platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 555bmw content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the 555bmw platform.
• Use the 555bmw name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any 555bmw content.

Any unauthorised use of 555bmw intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

10.1 Platform Availability. 555bmw provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 555bmw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, 555bmw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 555bmw account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. 555bmw is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 555bmw account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11.2 Suspension by 555bmw. 555bmw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach, 555bmw reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player net of any amounts owed to 555bmw, subject to applicable legal holds.

555bmw is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its Players. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable notifications that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion from the 555bmw platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

555bmw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 555bmw will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://555bmw.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 555bmw platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Closing your account after receiving notice of an amendment will not affect any rights or obligations that arose under the prior Terms.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 555bmw, we encourage you to first contact our support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably at this stage.

15.3 Jurisdiction. If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

15.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
